Getting There

For those on a road trip, Hotel La Terrazza is very accessible. It is situated right on the Lungomare Sud, Strada Statale 16 (SS16). The exit "Fermo-Porto San Giorgio" from the A14 autostrada is just a few minutes by car from the property. One great advantage of the hotel is its free private car park so no worries over finding parking in a popular seafront town.

For people coming from abroad, the closest airport is Ancona-Falconara Airport (AOI), which is around 45-50 minutes by car to the property. Renting a car at the airport is highly recommended as it allows exploring the fantastic Marche region quite flexibly. Alternatively, there are also possibilities to travel by train. After a little bus or cab from the airport to Castelferretti, you can catch regional trains to Porto San Giorgio-Fermo, where they stop fairly close to the property.

Coming by train is very good. The Porto San Giorgio-Fermo train station stands on the main Adriatic line, highly linked to big Italian cities. From the exit of the station, it would take around 10-15 minutes’ walk to reach the hotel, which is quite easy, or can even take a taxi for just a couple of minutes.
